Drew Five is a producer and musician. His most recent work was producing 'Truth Is The New Gold'. He also releases music under his own name. Drew's own output is more post-rock and classical minimalism. He notes Nils Frahm, Olafur Arnalds, A Winged Victory For The Sullen and Johann Johannson as influences. In his latest body of work: Rivers, Drew draws upon a fascination for rivers, the life they support and their importance to our survival, not to mention the mystery they evoke in our collective consciousnesses as they flow from source to sea. Visitor to many riverside studios including the Funkhaus, Berlin, where he has performed with Simon Goff, Eska and Jan Bang his own studio has stunning views across the River Medway in Kent. As featured on BBC Radio 4: 'The Sleeping Forecast', first broadcast on 25 April 2023.
